This was the Shoulder of Mutton's 25th year as a club and that along with 6 bands and being fairly close tempted some of us DangerMouse to come along!
The ride up was the worst I've ridden in yet! It was absolutely pissing it down allllllll the way! visibilty was, errrrr ..... non existant! but it was a good ride and a relief to finally arrive! First surprise was the number of bikers who braved the weather and it has to be said the ground was excellent after all the rain!
The atmosphere was great and on Saturday and Sunday the sun turned out for us! A number of dodgy bands but there were a few good ones! and what with the excellent food vans and stalls the rally was well enjoyed and dare I say "appeared" well organised! Shameful!! bikers aren't organised!
Definately one for next year!

One of the many bands

Dodgy looking characters!

Ade n Bev

After getting soaked coming up here it's great to at last get a beer! ...

... So good it's got Orco singing!

It has taken Orco many years of drinking to tone his body this way ...!

... But it looks like he has some competititon!

Tim ("Laughing Boy") gives a lovely smile for the camera!

Steve does a great impression of a chinese!

Normally us bikers scare the locals off but this woman couldn't keep away! Nice town Nottingham!

One of the bands warm up

Definately one for the books, Stick (me) attempting to roll a fag!!!

Proof that this IS a bike rally!

A lovely example of a classic

This looks a neat little toy!

Now that is what you call a bike trailer!!

Angie can't resist a camera!

What is it Orco? A bird? A plane? Superman? Oh bollocks! you've drunk to bloody much you piss head!!

Put it away!!!

Ade looks a bit tired me thinks!

Bev on the other hand is still alive and well!

Angie's seductive look?! It's good to see you again!

Must be some sort of new American craze!

We've finally found a way of keeping Mary quiet!

"Wanted! Please approach with extreme caution!"

As always PIL are in full swing!

errrrrrrrrrrrrm! ....
